We were contacted by a Hampshire based company providing Plumbing, Heating, Ventilation, Air Con. and Electrical works. The company was looking to expand from its traditional domestic market into the more lucrative commercial market.
The aim of the campaign was to create relationships and generate HVAC/M&E projects to bankroll the activity and build the company.
Once we had received an initial briefing on history, ethos, new business history and contacts to avoid, we set about researching viable targets, identifying contacts and setting up and populating a CRM database before undertaking a campaign of direct contact with them. The activity was supported by a new website and mailing activity – content created by us – to warm up the cold data.
Result

Aside from lead value, the campaign has so far delivered over £300k in tangible business.
Projected profit: £280k.
To date - despite the effects of COVID19 – we have generated in excess of £315,000 in contracted income within the first year of operation.
